Contacted 3 companies for quotes on a 16x7 wind rated garage door. Not only was Precision the best price, but it was impact rated also vs. a 130 mph wind only. They also had a brown door at no extra cost, in stock! The others had a minimum 2 week lead time. Precision had my door installed 2 days later and removed the old door no charge. Courtney was my sales agent and Justin was my installer. I was completely impressed by both! Excellent experience! Justin was a tremendous installer! I highly recommend Precision as the entire experience was first class!

Chris Johnson was amazing! I clipped my garage door backing out this morning and our garage door was not stable. I called Precision garage at 4:30pm and they came out by 5:40pm. Chris assessed the garage and performed a quick fix. He also gave me a reasonable quote for a new garage door in the future. Didn’t realize our garage door is 23 years old! Chris placed 3 shiny bolts to reinforce the door and when we are ready for a new door I will be calling Precision! Professional, reliable, honest, dependable, with excellent customer service. James Long, the technician, arrived at my house on or about 4pm today and installed an Operator Reinforcement Bracket 18". He quoted a price of $206.00 plus $20.00 Fleet Transportation Fee for a total of $226.00. I had a printed coupon discount of $15.00 that I printed from Precision Door Service Website. So, the final total amounted to $211.00. The technician performed an excellent job and was professional and courteous. My one concern was the cost of the bracket. On Amazon.com, the price of similar bracket cost $30.00. When this cost is deducted from $206.00, the balance is $176.00. The installation took about 30 minutes to install. I felt that the labor cost is excessively high for a 30 minute job. But I needed to have it repaired so I agreed. Also, what is the Fleet Transportation Fee of $20.00? If it wasn't for the excessively high labor fee, I would have given this survey a 5 star.

A courtesy call is always made by the Service Tech to let you know they are on their way and give you an ETA, and we find that quite helpful since we don't live at each location. During our last service the Tech came up with multiple options to solve our problem and we chose which way to go. On 31 May 2022 I attempted to leave for work and realized my garage door would not open. I looked up and saw that the handle had broken away from the door and I had to manually open the door to get my car out. I called Precision (I've used them in the past ) and was booked for a next day appt. As stated the tech (Daron) called ahead and arrived during the booked time. He did a thorough examination of my garage subsequently giving a detailed explanation of what happened. He provided me with three with 3 different options (explaining each) allowing me to determine what was best for me now and in the future. He even pointed out that his company has a policy of making payments in 3 equal installments (equivalent to 90 days same as cash) with no hits against your credit. He made the repairs within an hours time and my garage door is back to functioning properly with a SILENT opening and closing. Even though I rendered payment in full it was nice to know I had an option. If your looking for an honest, dependable company with exceptional service, I recommend using Precision. Carolyn L.
