I was having problems with my garage door opener & since it was 20 years old I decided to replace it. I purchased a new Lift Master belt drive garage door opener & Stefan Harris & his associate installed it. Stefan went over all the functions, programmed my car & keypad & answered all my questions. He also did a safety inspection of my garage door & found a cable was frayed in 3 different places. He explained to me if the cable breaks it could damage the door & recommended replacing it & I told him to do so. Stefan is very knowledgeable & professional. He also has a friendly personality. I’m very pleased with the work done & recommend anyone who needs any service done on their garage door to use Precision.

Zack was prompt and courteous. However he didn’t solve the issue and gave me an estimate on repair. He recommended a complete replacement motor as well as new springs. Cost to be $2900.00 + I don’t believe his recommendation was correct. He stated the springs I had replaced four years ago were too big and causing the motor to bog down which would cause two remotes to malfunction. The wall switch works and the door moves smoothly. I honestly felt he was trying to get me to spend unnecessary money. I requested he email me a copy of his estimate and I have never received it. I don’t have faith in your company at this point.
