It so easy to setup an appointment, driver calls and you get a text message of who will be working on your Garage door before they arrive. I had used Precision previously and since my door was still under warranty, everything was taken care of for me. It’s a Saturday. It’s 4 o’clock in the afternoon. And my garage door won’t open. I called Precision. The office answered with a real person and technician Jesus was at my front door by 5:30pm. Although the diagnosis wasn’t what I had hope to hear, and he wasn’t able to work on my 45 year old Sears garage door opener’s motor, i must say that the interaction with Jesus was very pleasant.
