They were the original installers of my house some 30 years ago. They are professional and very nice to deal with. Also I love the fact that they have veterans working for them. I love their commercials too.

.We were so happy to get an appointment the same day we called, as the Spring was broken on our garage door and we could not get our automobiles out. Our technician was John and we just cannot say enough good things about him. He was very courteous, professional and very good at his job. We have always had excellent service from Precision.

First, this 2 star review is not for the tech who repaired my door, Chris, who did a great job. It's for the nearly $1400 cost for a spring repair on a 6 year old door installed by Banko, a quality company. The spring broke at night while our cars were in the garage, so we were stuck. I chose Precision because of all their advertising as a "name you can trust" and same day service. They did respond promptly, thank you. I was advised all the bearings and rollers were in "fail" condition, so of course, I had to replace them - but the prices were crazy! With your cars in your garage and no way to open the door, you really can't shop around. I just wish they were a "name that was competitive".

After initially waiting nearly 4 hours which was the assigned window i received a phone call saying that they had an emergency and it was going to be another 2 hrs to get somebody to me. When i told them that that was not going to work as I had to be somewhere later in the day and flying out of town the next day they called me back to say that had a tech that would get to me in an hour. Though not ideal I felt i could make that work. The tech John Tsangarinos showed up at 3 and immediately got to work on the door. I found John to be super friendly and he explained everything to me clearly. Thoroughly enjoyed our side conversation and apologize to John for probably slowing him down, lol. He had all the repairs done w/in the hour and I was able to get to my appointment on time. Thanks John if I ever have an issue again I will be asking for you personally to do the repair!

I have used Precision before and John your Tech was the best. He called in advance, was there exactly when he said he would be. John explained everything during his inspection of the problem, and answered all my Questions. He was very thorough, and did all with a smile. He is a keeper and in this uncertain time it was nice to feel secure in the service I received.

Our service from the office and technicians was outstanding. We were notified prior to the technician coming, and they took care of installation of our new garage door system. After The reps can and give us three estimates On Sunday for the repairs(which were very high) I then called another company which came on Monday. The repairs were made. There invoice was 500% than precision's lowest estimate. The highest estimate was as much as a new door.

The technicians Tomi and John were fantastic. They were knowledgeable and very informative. They replaced the springs, rollers, bottom seal and the reinforcement bracket on my garage door. We recently moved into a house that was in need of garage door service. When opening and closing of the door the noise was unbearable and the whole neighborhood new when we left and came home. We called Precision and the same day service sold us. The tech named John Tsangarinos was super friendly and professional. I will only be using Precision for our future garage door needs.
