Precision installed a garage door at our oldest son’s home and, in my opinion, it is extraordinary - the most quiet door I’ve ever heard (make that NOT heard). I became impressed with Precision and was impressed with the work Mike did today with our door.

I couldn’t leave my house because the garage door wouldn’t stay closed. I called Precision, and they had a technician out in two hours. Mike was great! He repaired my garage door (he had to do custom work because of the size), in one hour and I was able to make the trip I had planned. So happy with the quick response and the work done!

Had a power failure last night and the garage door wouldn't open after power was restored. Called Overhead around 11:30 am the next day and a tech was here by 1:45 pm. Great turnaround time! The programming had to be redone and Mike had it working in less than 30 minutes. Was impressed by how fast he got here and that no additional products were needed. Great company.
