my representative ShAwn was fabulous. I was a bit surprised when they said they had to possibly change both springs when one spring was broken that frequently or sometime the other spring gets broken during the repair process. I was very grateful that they had so much integrity to tell me upfront, and ShAwn was honest to explain it, took a lot of time with me. Do you do the cost of the repair?
