I called and 2 hours later Trevor showed up and repaired my garage door within hours. Previously I had Banko garage doors come out and they told me that it couldn’t be repaired and that I would need a new section of my door replaced. It took them almost a week to get me a quote.for a new door section. It was too late Trevor had already repaired my door.

Precision did an awesome job! The garage door wouldn’t go down unless I pressed the wall button until the door was fully down, making me think it was the security beam needing manual override. It turned out that the circuitboard had failed (10 years old). Precision replaced the head unit (which includes the 10-year-old motor), security beam sensors, new wall button, and new remote for $650 including labor and taxes. Comes with a 3-year warranty. I called last night and Precision was out first thing in the morning (Saturday!). We are extremely happy with the technician, the solution, the price, and the timeliness.

The ordering to install happened much quicker than what I was told which of course was a good thing. The installers Sherman and Grant ( Very Professional) showed up on time and finished the job in a matter of hours. Our new door looks amazing and I thank the precision team for a job well done.
