After a long day, I just wanted to come home to relax. The garage door went up but did not come down. At 3:30 in the afternoon, my heart was sinking hoping I could get the door fixed the same day. If not, can they get the door down and secure? We have been loyal Precision Garage Door Service customers. Could they come through?? Of course they did!!! My tech, Isak was at my door in less than an hour. After inspecting the door, I asked if it could be secured. He told me he would fix the door!! I was so relieved. He could tell I was nervous and put me at ease. He walked me through the issues in detail and the pricing for each repair. I cannot say enough about his expertise, professionalism and kindness through the whole process. Precision has kept me as a loyal customer and I will be asking for Isak each time I’m in need. Thank you Isak and Precision Door!!

This was my first time having a garage door repaired, and I’m so glad I called Precision! The person who scheduled my appointment was very friendly and was able to get me in the next morning. Mike arrived right on time and replaced the broken spring quickly and efficiently. He was professional, courteous, and extremely friendly. When the spring on my other garage door eventually breaks, I’ll definitely be requesting Mike again. Thank you, Precision!

Called Precision on Monday night they were super responsive, had a tech out the next day to replace a broken spring. I felt bad for Michael because both vehicles were in the garage and we couldn’t get them moved out until the spring was replaced. He worked in tight quarters and took care not to damage our vehicles. Thoroughly explained everything and the importance. Great job, would highly recommend!

We called Precision today and someone came today! Our technician was great. He took the time to fully explain things and gave us options. When the work was completed, he went the extra mile and programmed both of our cars to open the garage door. How about that?!!!!
