Needed emergency work done, as our garage door was stuck halfway open, and it was locked up and askew. Louis was there like, 30 minutes after I called. He was polite, professional and worked with me to find a way to make it work for an extremely reasonable price. 100% will use Precision in the future if I have any other garage door related needs. 10/10

Service tech Luis Pizarro performed a great job. He's courteous and a professional and explained the service needed. However, I'm dissatisfied with the cost of one spring at $350.00. Previous used same service cost at $125.00 /2016.

I wish I could give a five star review. But the cost of repairs was higher than average. Scheduling an appointment on the website was so easy. I selected the next available time-slot and the response was almost immediate. I received a call and was told an available technician was in the area and within minutes Luis texted me to say he was in his way. Luis was very courteous and knowledgeable. Using a template, he explained the repairs and costs in great detail. I was able to select the repairs within my budget with ease. It took Luis less than an hour to get my garage door working again. Louis was excellent, diagnosed my problem in 5 minutes and fixed it in 2 minutes. Checked my door and recommended some minor repairs, replacing old roller bearings. Luis arrived promptly and adjusted the hinges, lubricated the hinges and springs. He then showed me exactly how to lubricate this door. The door is far quieter than it was. Luis is very kind and informative. He is a keeper!
