Jeff was great! He took a look at what I did wrong and fixed it right up. He inspected the door and springs and every thing else, sprayed lube on all the hinges, wheels and springs.

Overall very prompt and good service. I was a little taken back when installation of my new garage door and garage door opener occurred, the installer advised the keypad was not included and I had to pay an extra $75 I was not anticipating. That should have been disclosed prior to installation. If it wasn’t for the extra expense, I would have rated 5 stars.

After a long day, I just wanted to come home to relax. The garage door went up but did not come down. At 3:30 in the afternoon, my heart was sinking hoping I could get the door fixed the same day. If not, can they get the door down and secure? We have been loyal Precision Garage Door Service customers. Could they come through?? Of course they did!!! My tech, Isak was at my door in less than an hour. After inspecting the door, I asked if it could be secured. He told me he would fix the door!! I was so relieved. He could tell I was nervous and put me at ease. He walked me through the issues in detail and the pricing for each repair. I cannot say enough about his expertise, professionalism and kindness through the whole process. Precision has kept me as a loyal customer and I will be asking for Isak each time I’m in need. Same Day service to replace old, noisy, broken garage door opener. Made it very easy. I will say that they are not cheap; I'm sure I could have paid much less. But at the time, the speed and the service were important and Precision delivered. I didn't have to take time out of my busy schedule to figure anything out. Very happy with the result so far.
