I am a newer resident of Florida, so when I need something done I kind of rely on google and chrome to find a service provider. Precision Door was one of the options that came up. The call to set up the appointment was handled perfectly and efficiently, and to my surprise was set for the same day. A window of time was set, and again to my surprise, the technician was on his way to my house in the early part of the timeframe. After quickly diagnosing the problem, and as I suspected, I needed a new door opener. After going over a couple of options, and settling on a price that I thought was fair, I agreed to the work. This guy went above and beyond expectations and did a marvelous job on the install. He also tidied up a couple of other small issues to make the job cleaner and more complete. This is the kind of service and attention to details we used to enjoy in this country, and not something we see as much anymore. I would urge you to support this company with your business. From start to finish A+++

Very nice tech…..but…..both garage doors were opening and closing at random times through the day. Tech assured me that the boards were fried and the head units needed to be replaced. The units were older so plausible that replacement might be necessary. I trusted his judgement. He got done with the replacement and the garage doors started to go up and down again with the new unit installed. After realizing that he may not be as knowledgeable and trustworthy as I thought, I checked on the price and there is a 200% mark up. I clearly go taken to the cleaners with these guys. I am beside myself that I got taken advantage of by a company that I’ve used several times before without issue……I think……they probably overcharged me then as well…..be careful……
