I called Precision Garage Door Service this morning. I spoke with a representative which was very nice and booked my appointment for today to get my garage door repaired. A technician came within 20 minutes and serviced/repaired the bottom of my garage where it needed it to be fixed. He was very kind and professional. He also made sure the garage door was working properly. He did an excellent job! Thank you so much!

I had never used Precision before but had a problem with my garage door so I called them based on good online reviews. Zach, the service tech, arrived within an hour of my call (on a holiday). He was polite and walked me through my options. No sales pressure just the info and allowed me the space to make a decision. He got the work done in a couple of hours and walked me through the new system. He also followed up with a call several hours later on a detail he hadn’t been able to answer while at my house. Overall, an excellent first experience for me with Precision Garage Door.

They replaced my spring 14 years ago, so yes5erday when it broke it was a NO BRAINER who 8 was going to call. I figured I got a good 14 years out of the spring so of course , I am go8ng through them again. Made the call after hours last night, they were here at 8: 15 th8s morning Zach was great. He identified another issue as well as the spring. One of my brackets was cracked. I would not have noticed until something really bad happened. He fixed that too. Prompt, courteous, great work. I f8gure I won't see them again for at least 14 more years. I love this company

My garage door has been serviced by your company a few times ! I fixed the noise problem by installing new rollers! I appreciate your tech’ opinion that they are old , but I didn’t need to replace them . In fact I probably would have paid him to install new rollers, but instead I paid him to write me an estimate! Go figure, he was a nice young man but he didn’t make me aware of all my options. I found them on the internet,for free!

Zack was prompt and courteous. However he didn’t solve the issue and gave me an estimate on repair. He recommended a complete replacement motor as well as new springs. Cost to be $2900.00 + I don’t believe his recommendation was correct. He stated the springs I had replaced four years ago were too big and causing the motor to bog down which would cause two remotes to malfunction. The wall switch works and the door moves smoothly. I honestly felt he was trying to get me to spend unnecessary money. I requested he email me a copy of his estimate and I have never received it. I don’t have faith in your company at this point.

Zach came out and walk led through the needed repairs and even did a full inspection of the garage door to let me know anything that might be a problem in the future. Got the new springs installed and was done in a very quick 30 minutes. Professional company, professional installer and overall a great experience from start to finish.
