It's early in the day on New Years Eve and I called Precision Garage about an issue I was having with my remotes not working like they should. To my surprise they sent out a tech two hours later who expertly diagnosed the problem and had my garage door opening and closing like it should. Great customer service, great customer care, and prices that are great and affordable. Thank you Precision!

Service tech John was great. He checked the motor, replaced light bulbs, checked the rubber on the bottom and greased the door wheels . I thought it was a fair price as well. Precision Garage Door Service installed our door 8 years ago. We haven't had any problems with it and were very happy with them at the time. I called today and they came out today. John was excellent, personable and repaired the door promptly. I also had him do maintance on the door while he was here. Great service and always good people. I will continue to call Precision any time the garage door needs something.
