We had a great experience with Precision. The communication concerning the appointment times was timely, through text messages. Lewis our installer was easy to talk to and professional in his demeanor. Unfortunately, we needed a new motor. He had the parts in his van and was able to install expertly and on time. He programmed the new keypad and remotes and even offered to program the car! I would highly recommend using Precision and Lewis.

Friday night put the garbage bin out time, but garage door wouldn't open. After trying to figure out what was going on and not getting door to open looked up and saw broken spring. We've used Precision before so immediately called and scheduled an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Technician Lewis arrived right at beginning of appointment window, quickly inspected the door, and provided a reasonable estimate for repair. Repairs completed very professionally within an hour inspite of it being a holiday weekend. Highly recommend Precision for any type of garage door repair, especially on a weekend or holiday.

Precision Garage Doors repaired my brother's garage door and he was quite satisfied with the work and cost. The Tech that repaired my garage door today (Nov 20, 2025) was very professional, efficient and courteous. He did a very good job. Now Precision has another satisfied customer.
