I am a return customer, and I am glad I reached out to Precision to replace the whole system, ( new garage door, and upgraded motor). Grant came out as scheduled early Saturday morning, installed everything on his own, gave us instructions on using the new equipment, and answered all our questions. Everyone we dealt with from scheduling, to the young man ( Andrew) ,who initially came over to do the quote, were extremely helpful and professional. We needed Saturday appt. and they were so accomodating. Would definitely recommend this company for service, quality and pricing.

Our experience with this company was great from the scheduling of the quote for the job to the scheduling of the installation very professional. Ricky gave us an awesome quote and was patient with us to give us time to select what we wanted. Grant and his crew did an excellent job installing they were very respectful to my husband and I and our property and very clean. They answered any questions we had.

I am now retired but the company I worked for for 31 years (UPS) always used Precision for our warehouse roll up doors and was always impressed. I have had my garage door opener replaced and now upgraded my door to a heavier grade insulated door and couldn't be happier with the quality of your personnel from office to installers. Called for a check on a rattling of the chain I didn’t recall being there on the install 18 months ago. The tech assured me it was normal, but checked it out anyway. He was kind and efficient. Explained that if I was not liking the rattle, there was a belt option. Gave me an estimate and no pressure to have it done. Maybe in the new year. Called ahead and was on time.

Made an appt they were at my house within 2-3 hours. Insanely fast service.. good work super friendly guy. Have had several family members use these guys all positive. Could've explained the inspection of the components of my garage door made no attempt (wasn’t sure what I was looking at just knew I had a broken spring) but all in all would use these guys again.

We really liked Grant as he was very good at his job! Did maintenance on the garage door, let us know what he was doing every step of the way, Left the place clean and happily tolerated my jibber jabber. Price was competitive, We will use them again!
