Our garage door springs broke on Christmas Eve, making it extremely difficult to lift the door manually—definitely not the best timing! I called for service, and Chris arrived within an hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked with us on pricing. Not only did he replace the springs, but he also updated a few other parts that needed attention. Precision is very good about making an appointment around your schedule. The service tech, Chris, is very knowledgeable and was able to repair my oversized garage door. He also programmed the Home Link on my car. I wouldn't use any other company.

We had precision come out in February 2021 and have to do a lot of work. It was not an expensive, but the quality of the work was high and the level of service was off the charts. While that was expensive, everything was under warranty for 7 years. We've had to call them back out twice now for additional work. Jeff did the initial work, Arnold followed up we had another small problem, and Chris was here this morning. One thing I will say is that while we paid more initially than I thought it might cost, the level of service and the speed of service that we've received since then is really unmatched. Bravo, Precision!

He gave us the options for repair and proceeded without delay after confirming the parts were stocked in his truck. We cannot say enough about how pleased we were with the results especially with him having to work under difficult space restrictions. Prompt & friendly but the techs are paid by the job instead of hourly so you have to be cautious if they try to upsell you on other repairs.

I had Precision repair my garage door some years ago. They did an excellent job. I had them service my garage door again. The technician was punctual, gave a precise breakdown of estimates and indicated the bare minimum needed to get things working. Another 5-star job by Precision.

I was surprised that they not only answered the phone on Sunday but also had a technician at my house in 15minutes, WOW! My technician Chris was very precessional and answered all my questions. Had my door fixed within an hour. Great job! Cost was fair for an emergency call at 3:45pm on Sunday. Worth every penny.

I placed a call for service within minutes I received a call with a confirmed appointment time. My service technician Chris called earlier, address my problem immediately in detail and as I requested, advised me options for a new unit within my budget . The installation took 1 1/2 hours to complete. Big thanks to Chris he is an asset to the company. I am once again a satisfied customer of Precision Garage Door service.

From the initial call to the Service Desk to the install of the new garage opener, all was completed by about 4pm on the same day! Chris, our technician, was great and knew his product and install procedure. And he has a great personality! Everything was absolutely great all the way around! I highly recommend Precision!
