To be honest I called Precision because their sticker was on my garage door & I already knew they had a good reputation. My appointment was between 8am-12. Chris called me right before 8am & said he would be here in 20 min. which he was. He was very friendly & courteous. This company is trying to take advantage of people by price gouging. I was quotes over 6 thousand dollars to work on my garage doors and the prices of their competitors to do the same work was around 1500 dollars. When I asked I was told they have more overhead costs and their parts are superior. I will never do business with this company.
