The tech called in advance to let me know that he was on his way. When he got to my location, he immediately knew what was wrong. He replaced the defective part, tuned up the garage opening mechanism and helped me put MyQ on my phone so I would have a better access to the garage.

Friday night put the garbage bin out time, but garage door wouldn't open. After trying to figure out what was going on and not getting door to open looked up and saw broken spring. We've used Precision before so immediately called and scheduled an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Technician Lewis arrived right at beginning of appointment window, quickly inspected the door, and provided a reasonable estimate for repair. Repairs completed very professionally within an hour inspite of it being a holiday weekend. Highly recommend Precision for any type of garage door repair, especially on a weekend or holiday.
