Friday night put the garbage bin out time, but garage door wouldn't open. After trying to figure out what was going on and not getting door to open looked up and saw broken spring. We've used Precision before so immediately called and scheduled an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Technician Lewis arrived right at beginning of appointment window, quickly inspected the door, and provided a reasonable estimate for repair. Repairs completed very professionally within an hour inspite of it being a holiday weekend. Highly recommend Precision for any type of garage door repair, especially on a weekend or holiday.

Our garage door springs broke on Christmas Eve, making it extremely difficult to lift the door manually—definitely not the best timing! I called for service, and Chris arrived within an hour.
