After the hurricane my door cables broke and my vehicle was trapped. They came out despite me not having any power, fortunately power was restored the night before, but my technician spent the time explaining what could be done to restore the door, how long it would last or what I could replace. I chose to replace components to be safe (the door is old). The service is amazing and workmanship is amazing. Price is a little high but in the end worth it. I’ll stick with this company all the time. Plus my dogs love my tech.

I chose Precision Door because they installed my garage door in 2018. The outside keypad was no longer working. The technician was very friendly and very efficient installing my new garage door opener. Also, he indicated the two springs were very old and had been installed in 1998. But he said that they were functioning OK for now. I very much appreciate his honesty. I would have purchased them had he said they needed to be replaced.
