Thank you Precision! I was locked out of my house since the garage door wouldn't open. I called Precision and was lucky to have a repairman, Chris Enlow, at my house within 1 hour of my call. Chris called to provide me with his ETA. Upon his arrival, I explained the issues with the garage door. He checked out the system then provided options. I had many questions. Chris was very patient and answered them all so I could make the best decision. After the repairs were completed he showed me each part that was replaced and explained their function. Chris at Precision was absolutely fantastic! He immediately diagnosed the issues with my lift, springs, wheels, bearings...etc. The previous owner of the home had installed garbage that not only sounded like an earthquake when opening/closing but was damaging the garage door and springs due to its poor installation. He put his skills to use and reinforced a Cat 4 hurricane garage door with an equivalent lift system. It works like a smooth garage door should! What I appreciated the most was his top to bottom financial approach. Fix what really needed to be fixed first with logical answers to future questions/concerns. He didn't do any upselling...I upsold myself and glad I did. They're also very good to military/veterans. Highly recommend!
