Thank you Precision! I was locked out of my house since the garage door wouldn't open. I called Precision and was lucky to have a repairman, Chris Enlow, at my house within 1 hour of my call. Chris called to provide me with his ETA. Upon his arrival, I explained the issues with the garage door. He checked out the system then provided options. I had many questions. Chris was very patient and answered them all so I could make the best decision. After the repairs were completed he showed me each part that was replaced and explained their function.
