Thank you Precision! I was locked out of my house since the garage door wouldn't open. I called Precision and was lucky to have a repairman, Chris Enlow, at my house within 1 hour of my call. Chris called to provide me with his ETA. Upon his arrival, I explained the issues with the garage door. He checked out the system then provided options. I had many questions. Chris was very patient and answered them all so I could make the best decision. After the repairs were completed he showed me each part that was replaced and explained their function. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Chris! Yes, I recommend Precision and ask for Chris Enlow!

Chris at Precision was absolutely fantastic! He immediately diagnosed the issues with my lift, springs, wheels, bearings...etc. The previous owner of the home had installed garbage that not only sounded like an earthquake when opening/closing but was damaging the garage door and springs due to its poor installation. He put his skills to use and reinforced a Cat 4 hurricane garage door with an equivalent lift system. It works like a smooth garage door should! What I appreciated the most was his top to bottom financial approach. Fix what really needed to be fixed first with logical answers to future questions/concerns. He didn't do any upselling...I upsold myself and glad I did. They're also very good to military/veterans. Highly recommend!

Precision was awesome. They sent Chris out and he arrived at my home in less than 30 minutes. He was awesome. He replaced 2 keypads, serviced 2 garage doors and connected my cars to Homelink. He did all of this in less than 2 hours. Totally exceeded my expectations. Well done!

Chris was amazing and very friendly. Replaced the springs and also some bearings. Service was quick and Chris provided updates as he worked through the problems. Gave couple different options for service and pricing without pressuring towards the more expensive fix.

I contacted for the first time Precision regarding garage door problems and tech Christopher Enlow came out to my house and evaluated the problem with my garage door malfunction and gave me some options, short term fix or long-term fix. His knowledge and professionalism assisted me in my decision to go with the long term-fix. The main reason I went will the long-term fix is that Christopher explained his safety concerns and that waiting would only exacerbate the problem. I'm elated with the work Precision preformed on my garage door, no more wondering for our family with safety and health concerns. I would recommend Precision to all who just want excellent techs to come out to your home with a premise of, there are no problems, just solutions.
