Sonny was the technician who did the work. His communication was excellent throughout and he thoroughly explained the options to us. Overall, the service was fast, same morning, and the work very well done. The investment was more than we expected, but we have a quality garage door system that should last for years.

My garage door had been making horrible noises and the dreaded day finally came when it wouldn't open. I called Precision late that evening and Sammy was here early the next day. He evaluated my 25 year old system and presented me with a list of high priority recommendations, medium priority and lower priority items to be aware of. He had everything needed to complete the repair on the truck and when all was completed he thoroughly explained how to operate my new system and even reprogramed all our cars to sync with the new opener. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!
