Overall very prompt and good service. I was a little taken back when installation of my new garage door and garage door opener occurred, the installer advised the keypad was not included and I had to pay an extra $75 I was not anticipating. That should have been disclosed prior to installation. If it wasn’t for the extra expense, I would have rated 5 stars.

The initial call was pleasantly surprised. No answering service to press one or something and actual person answered professionally and within minutes had set an appointment for that afternoon. The Tech arrived within the window as scheduled was very professional and quickly gave me options to repair what I had or upgrade to better set up. I chose to take the upgrade and when I told him that would not be available for 2 days for him to get materials he told me he has everything needed on his truck and can be done today. In about 2 hours. This was fantastic quality same day service. This doesn't happen much today. Great company great Technician. Keep up the great work.

Wow !!! Very professional from the very beginning. Fast response and prompt service. Travis came out and identified all of the issues and was very transparent on all of the issues. Travis was willing to do the job last night at 6 pm but i had other obligations, in which he told me another tech would be doing the service the next day as he was going out of town. Dillon called me at 3:15 pm as said he was ahead of schedule and could he come before the 4pm appointment. I told him to go ahead and we are ready. Also i told him the driveway was clear and pull all the way up to the garage. Well , I’m gonna say this. This company is very professional via communication email, text, phone calls and service. Needed my Logi board replaced. Precision came out within a few hours and had the problem resolved. Dillon did a great job and was very professional. He also reprogrammed the remotes and both vehicles to have access to the Garage. I will definitely use Precision in the future if I have any other issues.

Mom had them out to fix her garage door in 2019 and they left their calling card on the inside of the door. So I called them. They were able to find her record and verified the address and phone and said they could send someone out to fix it that afternoon! They said between 4 and 8 and he was here at 6. He was able to fix the one thing that still wasn't working and gave a good explanation why the other thing might not have worked earlier. He showed a work around if it happens again and showed me how to fix the other problem if it recurs. I will definitely make sure we keep that calling card!

Very professional service provider. I had my door springs replaced by them earlier in the year. After some time, I noticed my door was slamming harder than usual. I called up Precision and they sent a technician the same day. He did an inspection and adjusted the springs and motor. This all fell under warranty, which was a pleasant surprise.
