Corbin was most respectful and professional. Fortunately the malfunction was due to a power outage and needed only to be reset. And although I was 12 days shy of being under warranty. My warranty was honored and there was no charge!!! He also lubricated the mechanics and showed me how to reset if this happened again. Thank you Corbin and Precision. It’s nice to know people still care.

After my garage door spring broke, Corbin was here within an hour or so from the time of my call. He was professional, courteous and very intent on not only replacing the springs, but insuring that everything was safe, and working correctly.
He did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. Five stars for sure!!!
