So, when we had an emergency with our garage door I thought I would try Precision. I couldn't be happier. Our technician (shout out to Travis) was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he resolve our issue, but he made suggestions (with no pressure) to maintain our 25 year old garage doors. Since Precision was having a special on roller replacement we took advantage of it. Now, like Travis guaranteed, our garage doors operate quietly and no longer sound like they are 25 years old.
