I absolutely love the service provided by Jesus Dimasse and the team at Precision Garage Door company. It so easy to setup an appointment, driver calls and you get a text message of who will be working on your Garage door before they arrive. I had used Precision previously and since my door was still under warranty, everything was taken care of for me. Steve showed up today right on time and was professional and very courteous. He explained everything to me. I wasn't sure how much to repair would be an unfortunately it was a little more than I had thought because it was broken more than I had thought. I'm a tenant not the homeowner so he had to reach out for confirmation to the homeowner and he wants to bring in his own guy. Apologies for wasting your guys's time but in regards to recommending your business I definitely would and Steve was great.

So, when we had an emergency with our garage door I thought I would try Precision. I couldn't be happier. Our technician (shout out to Travis) was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he resolve our issue, but he made suggestions (with no pressure) to maintain our 25 year old garage doors. Since Precision was having a special on roller replacement we took advantage of it. Now, like Travis guaranteed, our garage doors operate quietly and no longer sound like they are 25 years old.
