Called Precision on Monday night they were super responsive, had a tech out the next day to replace a broken spring. I felt bad for Michael because both vehicles were in the garage and we couldn’t get them moved out until the spring was replaced. He worked in tight quarters and took care not to damage our vehicles. This company is like many others in that they work on garage doors, install new, repair doors and other services. However Precision Garage Door is different in the sense that their service is quality.
