The technician was respectful, knowledgeable, and professional during the visit. However, I was disappointed by the repeated attempts to upsell me on additional parts that were not broken. When I asked whether these items actually needed to be replaced, I could not get a clear or straightforward answer. That left me questioning whether the recommended repairs were truly necessary or simply additional sales. Because of that experience, I would not recommend this company for future service. I need to be able to trust that I’m being advised on what genuinely needs to be repaired—not what can be added to the bill.

We had a great experience with Precision. The communication concerning the appointment times was timely, through text messages. Lewis our installer was easy to talk to and professional in his demeanor. Unfortunately, we needed a new motor. He had the parts in his van and was able to install expertly and on time. He programmed the new keypad and remotes and even offered to program the car! I would highly recommend using Precision and Lewis.

He also inspected our door and found and replaced two broken hinges. His work was excellent and his customer service skills were noteworthy. Grant came out as scheduled early Saturday morning, installed everything on his own, gave us instructions on using the new equipment, and answered all our questions. Everyone we dealt with from scheduling, to the young man ( Andrew) ,who initially came over to do the quote, were extremely helpful and professional. The initial call was pleasantly surprised. No answering service to press one or something and actual person answered professionally and within minutes had set an appointment for that afternoon. The Tech arrived within the window as scheduled was very professional and quickly gave me options to repair what I had or upgrade to better set up. I chose to take the upgrade and when I told him that would not be available for 2 days for him to get materials he told me he has everything needed on his truck and can be done today. In about 2 hours. This was fantastic quality same day service. This doesn't happen much today. Great company great Technician. Keep up the great work.

We had someone come out to fix the springs on our garage door on Friday and had to call them out again today because it wasn't closing properly. Jesus Dimasse the technician came out today and fixed the issue right away. He even did a few other small things to make sure it was in proper working order. He was extremely friendly and explained everything in detail that I could easily understand. He was a great pleasure to work with and I would definitely work with him again.
