Contacted 3 companies for quotes on a 16x7 wind rated garage door. Not only was Precision the best price, but it was impact rated also vs. a 130 mph wind only. They also had a brown door at no extra cost, in stock! The others had a minimum 2 week lead time. Precision had my door installed 2 days later and removed the old door no charge. Courtney was my sales agent and Justin was my installer. I was completely impressed by both! Excellent experience! Justin was a tremendous installer! Chris Johnson was amazing! I clipped my garage door backing out this morning and our garage door was not stable. I called Precision garage at 4:30pm and they came out by 5:40pm. Chris assessed the garage and performed a quick fix. He also gave me a reasonable quote for a new garage door in the future. Didn’t realize our garage door is 23 years old!
