Far exceeded expectations, especially given I had an issue on a Sunday! Had this company install a new overhead garage door opening system in May of 2025. Had multiple errors today (closing and opening force), I couldn’t trouble shoot so called for support. Sent out a rep (Josue) who arrived ahead of scheduled time, determined it was a product issue, and replace the entire system right on the spot -(was covered by 3 year warranty). I went into this thinking it would be stressful but was easiest thing I’ve had to deal with. Great service, work, and customer service.

I attempted to save some money and install my garage door opener myself until I realized that there are just some things I should leave to the professionals. I called Precision and I received same day service. Jouse Lombay called me very early in the morning to inform me that he was twenty minutes out. When he arrived he was very professional, greeted me and asked me what the problem was. After giving him my novice description of what the issue was. He asked permission to explore the issue. Jouse came prepared with everything necessary to solve the issue and he proceeded to give me an estimate. He explained to me why I needed new springs even though I had not thought about it. He explained that my springs were no longer functional and would eventually cost me my new garage opener. I saw reason in it and agreed and he installed my new pair of springs. He also allowed me to pick his brain about other aspects of the business and even showed me how to connect my phone and my car to my new garage opener. I’m not sure why I did not call Precision sooner, but now that I have, I won’t be calling anyone else. Thank you for a job well done!

It's early in the day on New Years Eve and I called Precision Garage about an issue I was having with my remotes not working like they should. To my surprise they sent out a tech two hours later who expertly diagnosed the problem and had my garage door opening and closing like it should. It was the weekend and our garage door decided to go caputs. I called Precision Garage Door Service, explained to the associate who answer the phone our issue and that we needed to get it fix before Monday. Associate looked up the schedule and was able to fit me in for the next day (Sunday) between 12-4. The day of service, associate arrived at exactly 12PM. Prior to his arrival, I received a text message letting me know the technician was on the way and provided a picture of the technician. This provided me a sense of security. When the technician arrived, he listened to our issue/concerns and based on what we provided he put together an estimate of the work within 5 minutes. We reviewed the estimate and agreed to proceed to have our garage door fixed. The work was completed within 45 minutes. We were very pleased with the service, pricing, and overall fast response. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services to anyone.

Able to have Precision come out on short notice after 6 pm and honor warranty on spring put in years ago - not convinced many companies would have verified and done the right thing. Very pleased with service, technician, and company!
