Precision Garage Door came to my rescue when my garage failed to open completely. I have used Precision in the past to replace my original wood door and for maintenance in the past and I was once again impressed with their representative I spoke to when scheduling my appointment and Nelson, the technician, who was sent to diagnose and provide two options to repair it. I highly recommend them!

We’re quick to put me on their schedule and they came quickly but service was overpriced priced. 1400$ to replace door springs is highway robbery.

Explained everything to me without me feeling lost. Work was fast and no mess was left behind. We will be reaching out to have more work done. Thank you Nelson

Great experience! They had our service tech to our home within 45 min. on a Sunday with no extra charges. He was thorough, listened to what we needed, and even helped up program our new opener to our vehicles. Very positive experience and would definitely use again in the future.

Outstanding service! I installed a new bottom seal on my garage door, but after I installed it the door needed adjustment. I called Precision Garage and they showed up at my house within 2 hours of my call. The technician was very professional and answered all my questions. I strongly recommend this company!

Technician was very professional and amiable. Contacted me to let me know he was on the way. Diagnosed the problem and replaced my door opener's broken spring. Made several additional recommendations, that I will consider for future reference. He was prompt, helpful and met all of my expectations. Good tech. Good company. Highly recommend them.

The spring broke at 4:30 and was fixed by 6:48 and at a reasonable price, can’t beat that. The technician Nelson was very knowledgeable. They have earned my business.

My garage door spring broke and I wanted to get it replaced right away along with some critical component parts....cables, wheels, etc. I can't think of the process being any easier than how Precision has it set up. Go to the website, pick a date, see if your preferred time is available, put in some basic information....literally took no more than two minutes and I was scheduled including a confirmation via email. The technician was here the next morning when they said they would be here, they itemized the needed and suggested repairs, and I picked from the list what items I wanted done. Within 2 hours the job was complete and the truck pulled away. Whether I paid a fair price or not I don't know but the service was more than convenient and super efficient...what I do know is that I have all my fingers and limbs some of which could easily have been removed if I had tried to do the work myself.

Great work on a quick reset. I was given information about the electrical to the door.

I had a good all around experience with these folks. They are a bit pricey but I would rather pay the money and have long lasting quality than getting cheap stuff with no warranty. The tech was cool, I could tell he was a young good family man making an honest living out here so I definitely will use their services or recommend these guys to anyone needing garage door repairs.

From the moment I opened Precision Garage Door’s website, I was impressed. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, and everything about the process felt smooth and professional. When the technician arrived, Nelson was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He carefully showed me the problem with my old garage door opener and explained all my options without any pressure or pushiness. Because of his honest and clear approach, I decided to go ahead and get two new garage door openers installed. He worked efficiently — it didn’t take long at all for him to have both new openers installed, fully set up with all the accessories, and even programmed my car’s built-in openers. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish, and I was truly impressed by the professionalism and quality of the work. This excellent review comes from the bottom of my heart — it’s based on my real experience, and I was not offered anything in exchange for it. I simply want others to know how great Precision Garage Door is. Highly recommended!

Nelson Ruedas was our technician, and he was prompt, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. As repeat customers, we appreciated how he took the time to discuss the products we needed, explaining the different quality and price points in detail. Our family has faced financial challenges recently, and Nelson was both sympathetic and understanding, working with us in a way that felt genuinely personal yet professional-even though it was our first time meeting him. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we will definitely choose this company again, though hopefully not anytime soon!

Had really good experience with them. The Technician was amazing, he came to my place twice, once to diagnose the issue and second time to change it after I did research on pricing. Also gave me discount on the unit. I was so impressed with the Technician that I asked Precision help desk to send the same Technician. This is the second time I used them and planning on using them in the future too. Highly recommend them

Service was prompt. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly and completed the work in a timely manner. Only reason I went with a 4 instead of a 5 was because I thought the prices were a bit high. But everything is working fine so I'm happy with the work.
