Very nice tech…..but…..both garage doors were opening and closing at random times through the day. Tech assured me that the boards were fried and the head units needed to be replaced. The units were older so plausible that replacement might be necessary. I trusted his judgement. He got done with the replacement and the garage doors started to go up and down again with the new unit installed. After realizing that he may not be as knowledgeable and trustworthy as I thought, I checked on the price and there is a 200% mark up. I clearly go taken to the cleaners with these guys. I am beside myself that I got taken advantage of by a company that I’ve used several times before without issue……I think……they probably overcharged me then as well…..be careful……

I called this morning needing outside garage door opener replaced and they came this afternoon. The technician was very friendly and explained what needed to be done and took care of it without any issues. This is why I always use Precision.
