I attempted to save some money and install my garage door opener myself until I realized that there are just some things I should leave to the professionals. I called Precision and I received same day service. Jouse Lombay called me very early in the morning to inform me that he was twenty minutes out. When he arrived he was very professional, greeted me and asked me what the problem was. After giving him my novice description of what the issue was. He asked permission to explore the issue. Jouse came prepared with everything necessary to solve the issue and he proceeded to give me an estimate. He explained to me why I needed new springs even though I had not thought about it. He explained that my springs were no longer functional and would eventually cost me my new garage opener. I saw reason in it and agreed and he installed my new pair of springs. He also allowed me to pick his brain about other aspects of the business and even showed me how to connect my phone and my car to my new garage opener. I’m not sure why I did not call Precision sooner, but now that I have, I won’t be calling anyone else. Thank you for a job well done!

Very nice tech…..but…..both garage doors were opening and closing at random times through the day. Tech assured me that the boards were fried and the head units needed to be replaced. The units were older so plausible that replacement might be necessary. I trusted his judgement. He got done with the replacement and the garage doors started to go up and down again with the new unit installed. After realizing that he may not be as knowledgeable and trustworthy as I thought, I checked on the price and there is a 200% mark up. I clearly go taken to the cleaners with these guys. I am beside myself that I got taken advantage of by a company that I’ve used several times before without issue……I think……they probably overcharged me then as well…..be careful……
