Today Aaron came to my house and delivered two new garage door openers which I had requested. While he was hear he reset the auto control for opening our garage on both of our vehicles. He also inspected our door and found and replaced two broken hinges. His work was excellent and his customer service skills were noteworthy. I am a return customer, and I am glad I reached out to Precision to replace the whole system, ( new garage door, and upgraded motor). Grant came out as scheduled early Saturday morning, installed everything on his own, gave us instructions on using the new equipment, and answered all our questions. The initial call was pleasantly surprised. No answering service to press one or something and actual person answered professionally and within minutes had set an appointment for that afternoon. The Tech arrived within the window as scheduled was very professional and quickly gave me options to repair what I had or upgrade to better set up. I chose to take the upgrade and when I told him that would not be available for 2 days for him to get materials he told me he has everything needed on his truck and can be done today. In about 2 hours. This was fantastic quality same day service. This doesn't happen much today. Great company great Technician. Keep up the great work.

Far exceeded expectations, especially given I had an issue on a Sunday! Had this company install a new overhead garage door opening system in May of 2025. Had multiple errors today (closing and opening force), I couldn’t trouble shoot so called for support. Sent out a rep (Josue) who arrived ahead of scheduled time, determined it was a product issue, and replace the entire system right on the spot -(was covered by 3 year warranty). I went into this thinking it would be stressful but was easiest thing I’ve had to deal with. Great service, work, and customer service.

It was the weekend and our garage door decided to go caputs. I called Precision Garage Door Service, explained to the associate who answer the phone our issue and that we needed to get it fix before Monday. Associate looked up the schedule and was able to fit me in for the next day (Sunday) between 12-4. The day of service, associate arrived at exactly 12PM. Prior to his arrival, I received a text message letting me know the technician was on the way and provided a picture of the technician. This provided me a sense of security. When the technician arrived, he listened to our issue/concerns and based on what we provided he put together an estimate of the work within 5 minutes. We reviewed the estimate and agreed to proceed to have our garage door fixed. The work was completed within 45 minutes. We were very pleased with the service, pricing, and overall fast response. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services to anyone.
