She explained several options to me to place the order The scheduling department called to make sure everything on the order was correct. We scheduled a time that was convenient. The installation crew was on time, explained exactly what they were going to do. Did it in a very professional manner? Cleaned up. And thank me for my business.What a surprise to have great service. It was the weekend and our garage door decided to go caputs. I called Precision Garage Door Service, explained to the associate who answer the phone our issue and that we needed to get it fix before Monday. Associate looked up the schedule and was able to fit me in for the next day (Sunday) between 12-4. The day of service, associate arrived at exactly 12PM. Prior to his arrival, I received a text message letting me know the technician was on the way and provided a picture of the technician. This provided me a sense of security. When the technician arrived, he listened to our issue/concerns and based on what we provided he put together an estimate of the work within 5 minutes. We reviewed the estimate and agreed to proceed to have our garage door fixed. The work was completed within 45 minutes. We were very pleased with the service, pricing, and overall fast response. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services to anyone.
