Cheney did an excellent job but after 2 weeks I noticed a bit of a gap at the bottom of the door. Called Precision just to make sure that’s how my door is suppose to sit. Chad stopped by within an hour and double checked everything for me and addressed my concern. I would recommend Precision for future garage repairs.

Following the two-foot flooding of my garage due to Hurricane Helene in October 2024, over time, the sensors and lower brackets of my garage doors began to corrode due to rust, causing issues with proper door operation.
