Adam Miechle was the technician assigned to our job. We weren’t sure what our options were to fix the broken garage door opener. Adam walked us through each step and all options to correct the issues. He even went through costs for each. We decided to replace the entire garage door system leaving the existing door. Adam was quick, polite, and everything was clean and ready when completed. He walked through all the paperwork and process for each remote and how all the parts operated. I would definitely recommend this reputable company for gardening door replacement or maintenance.

I called Precision Garage Door Service this morning. I spoke with a representative which was very nice and booked my appointment for today to get my garage door repaired. A technician came within 20 minutes and serviced/repaired the bottom of my garage where it needed it to be fixed. He was very kind and professional. 3 year old unit stopped closing Arnold Simpson came quickly on time. He was polite, cordial and courteous. He fixed my door within an hour. Then he fixed my non Precision sea water damaged door. Good job over all, Second door was a bit more pricey. Hopefully they will both work normally for a long time now.

Isaac arrived in a timely manner and was able to get our garage door working right away. He then lubricated all the hinges on the door. He and we then realized that he was the original technician who in 2021 installed a new motor on our then 20 year old garage door.
