I have had precision come out once on the day after Christmas when my spring broke on my garage door they did a great repair on that and they replaced the metal rollers so the door has never been quieter. Fast forward to January when I started to have some issues with the garage door opener. I chose not to replace that when they were out in December, but apparently that also started going they were out today. Great technician replaced the garage door opener.

He called just after 8:00 AM to let me know he was on his way, a simple courtesy that already set a professional tone for the visit. He arrived promptly, greeted me respectfully, and got right to work assessing the issue with my garage door spring. As we reviewed the problem together, Mr. Lombay pointed out a few additional concerns, taking the time to show me each one clearly. I appreciated his honesty and his ability to explain everything in a way that made sense. I also liked learning about the upgrades he installed — especially the sealed wheel bearings, which are a real advantage in our Florida climate. I had a light issue as well, and he adjusted it quickly and efficiently. We replaced the battery, and before I knew it, he had completed all the work. He arrived shortly after 8 AM and was finished by 10:15 — timely, organized, and thorough. Mr. Lombay is a fine young man: professional, clean, neat in his work, and exceptionally courteous. He was extremely sweet, very polite and respectful, and clearly knowledgeable. The issue turned out to be a simple fix and, since it was under warranty, there was no service charge at all.
