Precision door came out in l day to fix my garage door , but gave me the option of same day service if I needed it. Their colleague Alex who can out was very knowledgeable and very respectful, gave options and gave me a choice of options to have done . My garage door is over 20 years old and it needed work. Nothing is cheap anymore and this wasn't either but it works and sounds like a brand new door . Well worth the money !!! Can't thank Alex and Precision door company for the great service I received . Had a power failure last night and the garage door wouldn't open after power was restored. Called Overhead around 11:30 am the next day and a tech was here by 1:45 pm. Great turnaround time! The programming had to be redone and Mike had it working in less than 30 minutes. Was impressed by how fast he got here and that no additional products were needed. Great company.
