Jackson was amazing!! Great communication, showed up within the window, and gave a reasonable estimate to fix our garage door. The work was done very high quality and in about an hour. We recommend this company for garage doors. Honestly can't imagine how they could have done better.

Precision Garage had next day availability to service my garage. I was unable to close my garage and they were quickly able to diagnose the problem and provided me a couple options to fix it. Repair was done same day and now it is good as new!

On 2 July 2026 had Precision Garage Door,come to repair garage door. The Tech Arnold Simpson ,arrived and went over problem. Tech explained the issued with door. The Tech was well knowledgeable of his profession. He repaired the door,price was reasonable, overall experience was excellent. Tech was friendly and very knowledgeable.

Shady pricing! Shady evaluation! Charging $554 for 10 nylon wheels that you can get in Lowe’s for $30. No separate price for parts and labor and tax. Told us we needed things fixed that didn’t need fixing. There are just a lot of crooks out there.

The team from sale to installation was professional and very responsive to all my questions. Quotes were emailed in a timely manner even when I needed to see 4 or 5. The install team came in and within two hour they took away my wooden 45 year old door and replaced it. All the features make it safe for the grandkids and pets. Thanks you so much. Made on-line appointment for our garage door was not working properly. Appointment set, but received a call from Precious that they could send a technician sooner if I was available. The Technician then called to say he was heading to us. He was nice and knowledgeable. Our equipment was pretty old, and noisy. We needed to replace the motor, so he installed a geni. New door springs and cable. So it came with new pad, remotes and outside key pad. The job was completed in just a few hours. The runs so smooth and quiet. We are very pleased. Great job by the Tech! Highly recommend Precision!

We had a great experience with Precision. The communication concerning the appointment times was timely, through text messages. Lewis our installer was easy to talk to and professional in his demeanor. Unfortunately, we needed a new motor. He had the parts in his van and was able to install expertly and on time. He programmed the new keypad and remotes and even offered to program the car! I would highly recommend using Precision and Lewis.
