My garage door was not working and a technician was called out. Found that the issue was a bad garage door motor. While also inspecting everything else the technician noticed that the garage door cables were frayed and needed to be replaced asap. Came back out the next day and completed all the work and was able to work around my schedule since I dont get home from work until 6pm he got there shortly after I got home and had it fixed in about 2 hours. Very professional. Would highly recommend. Gave us several different options and prices that would work for us. Would recommend to anyone with garage door issues. Thank you again.

Our garage door failed to open. We called Precision. They had someone out in about an hour. Bill was the service tech and quickly concluded it was the motor. It needed to be replaced. Bill was extremely friendly, thorough in him explanation of the problem and remedy, and very professional. He listed all the issues, he discovered and prioritized them as needed to be addressed from immediate to can be addressed later. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend Precision.
