Precision has been my first call for garage door problems for several years now. I was surprised when they were able to come out the same day I called. Technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of a minor problem for me quickly and did some basic maintenance at the same time. Couldn't ask for better service.

When I bought the springs, the first time around, I replaced everything the wheels, the cables and everything else that needs to be replaced. I didn’t realize the warranty was was that great when I called I expected them to say it was out of warranty and it will be a charge, but I was wrong and the easy to talk to. They came out within an hour. Got me back up and going very happy I will use them in the future and recommend them to any of my friends.

Steve showed up today right on time and was professional and very courteous. He explained everything to me. I wasn't sure how much to repair would be an unfortunately it was a little more than I had thought because it was broken more than I had thought. I'm a tenant not the homeowner so he had to reach out for confirmation to the homeowner and he wants to bring in his own guy. Apologies for wasting your guys's time but in regards to recommending your business I definitely would and Steve was great.
