Thanks to Austin Kelter. He was very knowledgeable. He provided me with different option to fix my garage door. My decision was to go ahead and replace the entire unit. My garage door is working flawlessly. This company will stand behind their product and their labor. I had them to replace my other home garage door opener. I called them many time to adjust my door and they did it with out changing me a penny and ensuring that I was satisfy with their labor. I been using this company for the pass 5 years and my experience with them has been awesome.

As usual, I had a world class experience with Precision Garage Door Service of Tampa. Late last night my door springs broke (we use our garage door MULTIPLE times a day) and the customer service agent was attentive, professional and efficient. Today, dust thing in the morning, the technician, Sean W., was at my house, and was equally as professional, friendly and efficient as the Customer Service agent I had spoken to last night. He evaluated the situation and within 30 minutes had replaced the broken parts and left the door operating even better than it did when we bought the house. No matter what, I will continue to go back to this company!

Outstanding service! I installed a new bottom seal on my garage door, but after I installed it the door needed adjustment. I just want to say, ever since I contacted Precision to replace our existing garage door opener, they have been so responsive to our every need. When we had a keypad problem outside our garage, I called customer service and they immediately made an appointment for us the same day and replaced it for no additional charge. Whenever I’ve had an issue over the past two years, they have always been there to help and assist in any way possible for no additional charge. My family and I are very impressed and would recommend them to any household. And yes, I did first come in contact with Precision with their commercials. Thank you Precision!

Far exceeded expectations, especially given I had an issue on a Sunday! Had this company install a new overhead garage door opening system in May of 2025. Had multiple errors today (closing and opening force), I couldn’t trouble shoot so called for support. Sent out a rep (Josue) who arrived ahead of scheduled time, determined it was a product issue, and replace the entire system right on the spot -(was covered by 3 year warranty). I went into this thinking it would be stressful but was easiest thing I’ve had to deal with. Great service, work, and customer service.

I heard about Precision Garage on the Joy FM. I called to get a new garage door opener and they were so responsive, they were ready to come out on the same day. Tyler was professional and helpful. He helped me program the car’s rear view mirror garage door opener too.

I had a tech, Josue, check my garage door opener. Remote began to work intermittently. The system was 24 years old. Josue confirmed my concern before I shared it with him, a bad receiver/board. Instead of finding a replacement board for this older model and fixing it myself, I decided to replace the entire garage door opener system. He had systems in van which eliminated the need to reschedule another date for install. He was informative, patient, professional, and answered all my questions. He installed it in no time. Much quieter and working great!!!
