Thank you for taking the stress off me , when out of the blue my garage door started acting crazy after a lightning strike Sunday evening. I didn't know what to do after YouTube university didn't solve my problem. I googled garage door repair & Precision was the first company that popped up, so glad i was able to set an appointment for 8-12 Monday morning. We woke up in the morning to our garage door not opening. I was able to schedule a same day appt online at 7:30am, and the technician was at my house by 10:30/11am. The technician was very professional and had it fixed within 2 hours. My favorite part was that the company texted me a picture of who my technician was prior to him arriving, which allowed me to know who I was looking for. The entire experience with Precision Garage Door Service of Tampa was a 10 out of 10.
