Adam and Precision Door are top notch! He was truly professional in every way in the inspection and explanations of his diagnosis of our garage door. Our garage door opener was not allowing the door to go back down without holding the wall unit button all the way down. He showed us why and recommended a belt drive opener unit vs chain drive. He gave us 4 options (new rollers plus choice from 2 new garage door openers). Adam was patient while we were making our decision and honored our 20% coupon. Our garage door failed to open. We called Precision. They had someone out in about an hour. Bill was the service tech and quickly concluded it was the motor. It needed to be replaced. Bill was extremely friendly, thorough in him explanation of the problem and remedy, and very professional.
