The technician showed up right on time, walked me through what needed fixing, and had everything repaired within the hour. The spring looks brand new — smooth rolling, no gaps, and it’s already made a huge difference keeping bugs out while we keep the garage open in the evenings. Pricing was fair and clearly explained upfront, no surprise charges. The whole process was easy from booking to completion, and it’s obvious they take pride in doing quality work. Our garage door failed to open. We called Precision. They had someone out in about an hour. Bill was the service tech and quickly concluded it was the motor. It needed to be replaced. Bill was extremely friendly, thorough in him explanation of the problem and remedy, and very professional. He listed all the issues, he discovered and prioritized them as needed to be addressed from immediate to can be addressed later. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend Precision.

8/15/2026 My garage door was having problems closing this morning so I called Precision and they were here within 4 hours. I was advised the motor was at the end of its working life (after almost 20 years). They put on a new motor, performed maintenance on all garage door parts and the new door is great!! Thank you!! Always excellent service and response time from guys at Precision Garage Door. Appreciate them keeping my door in great condition!

I called and 2 hours later Trevor showed up and repaired my garage door within hours. Previously I had Banko garage doors come out and they told me that it couldn’t be repaired and that I would need a new section of my door replaced. It took them almost a week to get me a quote.for a new door section. It was too late Trevor had already repaired my door.
