Our garage door failed to open. We called Precision. They had someone out in about an hour. Bill was the service tech and quickly concluded it was the motor. It needed to be replaced. Bill was extremely friendly, thorough in him explanation of the problem and remedy, and very professional. 8/15/2026 My garage door was having problems closing this morning so I called Precision and they were here within 4 hours. I was advised the motor was at the end of its working life (after almost 20 years). They put on a new motor, performed maintenance on all garage door parts and the new door is great!! Thank you!! I called and 2 hours later Trevor showed up and repaired my garage door within hours. Previously I had Banko garage doors come out and they told me that it couldn’t be repaired and that I would need a new section of my door replaced. It took them almost a week to get me a quote.for a new door section. It was too late Trevor had already repaired my door.
