I have had precision come out once on the day after Christmas when my spring broke on my garage door they did a great repair on that and they replaced the metal rollers so the door has never been quieter. Fast forward to January when I started to have some issues with the garage door opener. I chose not to replace that when they were out in December, but apparently that also started going they were out today. Great technician replaced the garage door opener.

Thanks to Austin Kelter. He was very knowledgeable. He provided me with different option to fix my garage door. My decision was to go ahead and replace the entire unit. My garage door is working flawlessly. This company will stand behind their product and their labor. I had them to replace my other home garage door opener. I called them many time to adjust my door and they did it with out changing me a penny and ensuring that I was satisfy with their labor. I just want to say, ever since I contacted Precision to replace our existing garage door opener, they have been so responsive to our every need. When we had a keypad problem outside our garage, I called customer service and they immediately made an appointment for us the same day and replaced it for no additional charge.
