This was my first time dealing with Precision and although garage doors arent something you replace or fix often, i am happy that this is the company i went with. I had had a small issue with my garage door a few years ago and the result and the way Precision handled it was so good I always said if I needed anything done with my garage doors in the future they were who I would call. So lately as I begin having problems, I contacted them this morning Saturday online and was able to make an appointment for noon the same day. I called at 1:55pm and they gave me a window from 2pm - 6! Our tech Chad P was amazing. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he give us options to save on repair costs, but he fixed our problem on site. He also pointed out other concerns from wear and tear as he came across them. We opted in on getting everything completed same day and couldn't be more pleased. Our door is SO quiet now and we have peace of mind that it's one less worry! Don't go with anyone else. I have used Precision in the past and have been pleased with the service. Today, however, was another story. The gentleman who arrived was courteous and knowledgeable. It took him all of 5 minutes to wipe off and align the sensors. Shame on me for calling them for this - I had no idea it was such a simple fix. My problem is he charged me $180!! I feel like I was taken advantage of and way overcharged! I will never use this company again.
