In 2021 I took a chance when our garage door broke and called the number from a flier I found in the mailbox. This was one of the best decisions I have made. Everyone that I have encountered from this company are friendly, professional, and have the best positive attitudes. You can tell that this is a great company to work for and everyone loves their job. If I ever quit my homemaker role this is a company that I would want to work for. Today’s experience went above and beyond my expectations. My garage door broke at 1:45pm and I called Precision Garage Door at 2:25pm. Our repairman confirmed his ETA at 3:06pm and our garage door was fixed by 4pm. All of this was done on a Friday the weekend before Thanksgiving Break. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company.

Precision Garage Door Service installed our door 8 years ago. We haven't had any problems with it and were very happy with them at the time. I called today and they came out today. John was excellent, personable and repaired the door promptly. I also had him do maintance on the door while he was here. Great service and always good people. Our garage doors and lifts were, at best, shaky, after Milton. When they started shrieking I called Precision, the original installer, for help. Bob and Austin came out right at the promised time and immediately diagnosed the problem(s) (corrosion, sensor disruption from the floodwater and just old age of the lifts, tracks, bearings). Went with a new lift on one side, new bearings, sensors, tracks, pulls, etc - basically everything but the doors themselves on both sides. They were here for a good eight hours. Very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I’m very, very pleased with their work and my (almost) new garage doors. Thanks Bob and Austin and thanks Precision.
