Precision did an awesome job! The garage door wouldn’t go down unless I pressed the wall button until the door was fully down, making me think it was the security beam needing manual override. It turned out that the circuitboard had failed (10 years old). Precision replaced the head unit (which includes the 10-year-old motor), security beam sensors, new wall button, and new remote for $650 including labor and taxes. Comes with a 3-year warranty. I called last night and Precision was out first thing in the morning (Saturday!). We are extremely happy with the technician, the solution, the price, and the timeliness.

The team from sale to installation was professional and very responsive to all my questions. Quotes were emailed in a timely manner even when I needed to see 4 or 5. The install team came in and within two hour they took away my wooden 45 year old door and replaced it. All the features make it safe for the grandkids and pets. Thanks you so much. The ordering to install happened much quicker than what I was told which of course was a good thing. Overall, the service was fast, same morning, and the work very well done. The investment was more than we expected, but we have a quality garage door system that should last for years.
