Matt arrived on time, explained my options, and easily installed my new garage door opener (which works more quietly than my previous one). He set up my remote within my car, and gave me separate ones for my daughter and me (when I am riding with someone else and want to reenter my house). If I ever need service on my garage door, I will ask for Mike, but he did such a good job that I doubt I will ever need him again for MANY years!

I just experienced THE BEST service call with Precision’s Matt Hink. He called ahead to confirm & give me his ETA. During the call he asked a few questions about my door problem so that he could start his investigation efficiently. He had my problem diagnosed within 10 minutes of arrival.
