The gentleman that came to my home was very professional, respectful and really a joy to work with. He understood my issue, recommend options, wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me a new unit. He gave me options and pricing for the work needed. And in the end, it was a better option to purchase a new unit. The installation was quick neat, and they even programmed the garage door opener to my SUV. I was extremely pleased with the service and would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone looking for great service at a fair price.

Matt arrived on time, explained my options, and easily installed my new garage door opener (which works more quietly than my previous one). He set up my remote within my car, and gave me separate ones for my daughter and me (when I am riding with someone else and want to reenter my house). If I ever need service on my garage door, I will ask for Mike, but he did such a good job that I doubt I will ever need him again for MANY years!
