Your Technician- Lewis Phan from Oklahoma communicated ahead of time to confirm appointment and to let me know he was on the way to inspect garage door issue. He showed up on time and communicated great. He explained the issue and the repair needed to get our garage door operating again. He additionally showed me some other potential issues that could use part replacements due to wear and age of them. I declined additional repairs for now and approved his work to fix the broken spring. He was courteous and made the repairs needed. Tested the door and repairs then reset/adjusted the garage door motor for proper operation. He did a great job and would request him for any future work needed. Thanks for the great customer service and timely repair.
