When our garage door wouldn’t close, I called the main service number and Jesus DiMasse was at our house within 15 minutes. He was extremely sweet, very polite and respectful, and clearly knowledgeable. The issue turned out to be a simple fix and, since it was under warranty, there was no service charge at all. Outstanding service from start to finish. The next time we need service, I will definitely ask for Jesus!

Precision is very good about making an appointment around your schedule. The service tech, Chris, is very knowledgeable and was able to repair my oversized garage door. He also programmed the Home Link on my car. I wouldn't use any other company.

We had precision come out in February 2021 and have to do a lot of work. It was not an expensive, but the quality of the work was high and the level of service was off the charts. While that was expensive, everything was under warranty for 7 years. We've had to call them back out twice now for additional work. Jeff did the initial work, Arnold followed up we had another small problem, and Chris was here this morning. One thing I will say is that while we paid more initially than I thought it might cost, the level of service and the speed of service that we've received since then is really unmatched. Bravo, Precision!
