Precision installed a new door for us in 2010. I have had no problems whatsoever until hurricane Helene decided to visit. My next door neighbor came over and showed me how to open my door as i didn't have electricity. Later in the day I closed the door. I needed to go out and tried to open said door. It would not open. My neighbor came over again and there was no way the door would open. I called Precision and was able to set an appointment that day before 2:00 pm. Technicial Jeremy came over and got my door working in about 20 minutes. He gave me written estimates on repairing the door at a later date. Mind you this door has not been serviced since the installation in 2010 so I'm looking at 14 years of use. I am so impressed with the care and complete explanations of what it's going to take to get my garage door in tip top shape for the future. I will be setting up an overhaul in the very near future.

The work was done well, the tech was very nice, but we were absolutely overcharged after calling around today to see what other local companies charge. Over $1,000 to replace springs and cables.. hundreds more than other companies!! And the first “option” to replace products that didn’t need to be replaced yet, was $2k! We needed the work done asap, otherwise would have called around for other estimates first… would not recommend this company now- we definitely got ripped off.
