Called for service at 2 pm on a Friday afternoon. Technician arrived at 4 pm, quoted suggested repairs and the implemented them (new rollers, cables, springs & bearings on a 24 year old door). Tech was excellent, listening to my observations, explaining what and why he recommended what he did and was extremely respectful of my home. Excellent service

I called and expected the company to tell me that due to the holidays, they would not be able to get to me until after Christmas. Luckily, they were not only able to come out same day but they were here within an hour. I met my technician, Dominic, who quoted me a price and went ahead with the repair. I also told him we had an engagement my wife and I needed to go to within one hour. Dominic was not only able to get the repair done, but was able to get it done in 30-45 minutes. They have a customer for life in me!

This company is like many others in that they work on garage doors, install new, repair doors and other services. However Precision Garage Door is different in the sense that their service is quality. They are punctual, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about answering any questions and providing service with a quality that is better than their competitors.
