We had someone come out to fix the springs on our garage door on Friday and had to call them out again today because it wasn't closing properly. Jesus Dimasse the technician came out today and fixed the issue right away. He even did a few other small things to make sure it was in proper working order. He was extremely friendly and explained everything in detail that I could easily understand. He was a great pleasure to work with and I would definitely work with him again.

Same Day service to replace old, noisy, broken garage door opener. Made it very easy. I will say that they are not cheap; I'm sure I could have paid much less. But at the time, the speed and the service were important and Precision delivered. I didn't have to take time out of my busy schedule to figure anything out. Very happy with the result so far.

The service Precision Garage Door provided re: Garage repair was excellent. However I wasn't prepared for the sticker shock of the cost for the repair. The Repair Tech that I had was very professional, efficient, courteous and respectful. However, I was also having a problem with the garage door remote opener and I asked him if he could help me with the problem. He didn't touch the remote but side it probably needed to sinked to the garage mechanics (can't think of the exact word used), he took the payment and left. Other than that I would use Precision Garage Door again in the future.

My garage door spring broke and I wanted to get it replaced right away along with some critical component parts....cables, wheels, etc. I can't think of the process being any easier than how Precision has it set up. Go to the website, pick a date, see if your preferred time is available, put in some basic information....literally took no more than two minutes and I was scheduled including a confirmation via email. The technician was here the next morning when they said they would be here, they itemized the needed and suggested repairs, and I picked from the list what items I wanted done. Within 2 hours the job was complete and the truck pulled away. Whether I paid a fair price or not I don't know but the service was more than convenient and super efficient...what I do know is that I have all my fingers and limbs some of which could easily have been removed if I had tried to do the work myself.

I had a good all around experience with these folks. They are a bit pricey but I would rather pay the money and have long lasting quality than getting cheap stuff with no warranty. The tech was cool, I could tell he was a young good family man making an honest living out here so I definitely will use their services or recommend these guys to anyone needing garage door repairs.

Service tech Luis Pizarro performed a great job. He's courteous and a professional and explained the service needed. However, I'm dissatisfied with the cost of one spring at $350.00. Previous used same service cost at $125.00 /2016.

I wish I could give a five star review. But the cost of repairs was higher than average. Scheduling an appointment on the website was so easy. I selected the next available time-slot and the response was almost immediate. I received a call and was told an available technician was in the area and within minutes Luis texted me to say he was in his way. Luis was very courteous and knowledgeable. Using a template, he explained the repairs and costs in great detail. I was able to select the repairs within my budget with ease. It took Luis less than an hour to get my garage door working again. Techs Austin and Nick get 5 stars. They were on time, professional, gave me updates, left garage tidy when job was completed, explained new system. Pricing gets 4 stars. Nothing really in prIce range I expected. My stomach was in knots while I processed the cost. I did not get exactly what I wanted because of price, but I am satisfied with what I ended up getting because of the service.

Springs were replaced but for nearly $1000.00 which is extremely expensive. Some other minor parts were also replaced. I believe if I had gotten a second opinion it may have been repaired for less than what I paid.

Made an appt they were at my house within 2-3 hours. Insanely fast service.. good work super friendly guy. Have had several family members use these guys all positive. Could've explained the inspection of the components of my garage door made no attempt (wasn’t sure what I was looking at just knew I had a broken spring) but all in all would use these guys again.
