Springs were replaced but for nearly $1000.00 which is extremely expensive. Some other minor parts were also replaced. I believe if I had gotten a second opinion it may have been repaired for less than what I paid.

Made an appt they were at my house within 2-3 hours. Insanely fast service.. good work super friendly guy. Have had several family members use these guys all positive. Could've explained the inspection of the components of my garage door made no attempt (wasn’t sure what I was looking at just knew I had a broken spring) but all in all would use these guys again.

Service tech Mike was very professional and did a great job. Showed me all of my options to repair door and he was very informative and knowledgable about the work he was going to perform. Tried to sell me the farm (All New Hardware) which I am sure he is has been instructed to do. Again, Mike was great and very professional. I feel the $700 price to replace 2 springs was a bit high being that the cost of a set of springs is approximately $200 max, which means you charged $500 for 30 minutes of labor! Wow! Anyway, Precision did a good job on install and I am happy with the repair, I just feel you charged too much. David Thompson

The technicians were very professional and did an outstanding job. 5-stars to the two gentlemen who did the work. However, the price to replace two Torsion springs, three bearings and two hinges was, in my opinion, unreasonably high at $1248. Otherwise, they did a great job!

The technician said he would be there at a certain time but wasn’t. The tech that did show up was absolutely amazing. He got the job done quickly and professionally. Was apologetic although he did nothing wrong. Would highly recommend.

James Long, the technician, arrived at my house on or about 4pm today and installed an Operator Reinforcement Bracket 18". He quoted a price of $206.00 plus $20.00 Fleet Transportation Fee for a total of $226.00. I had a printed coupon discount of $15.00 that I printed from Precision Door Service Website. So, the final total amounted to $211.00. The technician performed an excellent job and was professional and courteous. My one concern was the cost of the bracket. On Amazon.com, the price of similar bracket cost $30.00. When this cost is deducted from $206.00, the balance is $176.00. The installation took about 30 minutes to install. I felt that the labor cost is excessively high for a 30 minute job. But I needed to have it repaired so I agreed. Also, what is the Fleet Transportation Fee of $20.00? If it wasn't for the excessively high labor fee, I would have given this survey a 5 star.

I wasn't too happy about the diagnosis... buying a new garage door... but i knew it was the outcome. What else I didn't want to hear was how long it would take to get it done... as well as how much (ouch)! Thank you Brian for doing what you could and making sure the next techs coming out would know what is expected on their return.. Looking forward to seeing a brand new door!

Overall very good experience, we recieved our quote within a few days, door was in w iui thing the time we were told and installation complete in just a few hours. It looks great! Price was competitive and we have a 6 year warranty and feel confident the company will be around to honor it if needed.

Service was top notch and performed within one hour. Price seemed a bit high and a actual breakdown of parts and labor not provided, rather the parts and and total cost. Was given three options for parts and warranty. After technician left, I saw my Sunday paper had a sticker from Precision that offered $50.00 off any spring repair. I wonder if they will refund me that off what I paid??

After initially waiting nearly 4 hours which was the assigned window i received a phone call saying that they had an emergency and it was going to be another 2 hrs to get somebody to me. When i told them that that was not going to work as I had to be somewhere later in the day and flying out of town the next day they called me back to say that had a tech that would get to me in an hour. Though not ideal I felt i could make that work. The tech John Tsangarinos showed up at 3 and immediately got to work on the door. I found John to be super friendly and he explained everything to me clearly. Thoroughly enjoyed our side conversation and apologize to John for probably slowing him down, lol. He had all the repairs done w/in the hour and I was able to get to my appointment on time. Thanks John if I ever have an issue again I will be asking for you personally to do the repair!
