Joshua, our technician, arrived at our house to repair our garage. He was very courteous, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with our garage, and provided an estimate. After we went over the invoice, and figured out what was needed, Josh proceeded to repairing our garage. He was very precise on the job, and explained the five years parts and labor warranty. In the future, if we need garage repairs, we would like to have Josh, do the job! Thank you, Shaun

Our system was the original system from build in 2007. We had everything but the actual door replaced. Josh was on time, and very knowledgeable on what we needed. He gave us an estimate with 3 price points for quick fix vs. replacing. We chose to replace everything since it was old. Better to do that than have to keep replacing a little at a time.

He took his time to explain what he was doing and how everything works so even with me being very hard of hearing I got all the information. Thanks Joshua for the quick fix of our broken spring on the garage door. Found probable cause since spring really not that old, replaced spring and 2 hinges that were cracked and a support brace that was never installed by last repair company. Didn't call them ............

Didn't push any unnecessary work on me. Informed me what was broke and needed fix. Kind, courteous and friendly. Would recommend him to family and friends in the future.
