It was quick and easy to especially since it was Sunday morning when the spring broke. Had two cars stuck in the garage when it broke the repair person worked around that problem with no damage to either car. He was friendly and courteous while here and took about 2.5 to complete. Precision garage door employee told me it would be a four hour window they showed up 30 minutes later wow! The tech that came out to do the repairs was very thorough on everything he was doing and did,just a great experience! They did what they said they were going to do and everything works tremendously!
