We had a great experience with Precision Garage Doors! I made an appointment online, had text and email reminders and a call from the technician when he was coming (with an ETA). My technician was friendly, explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix the issue, gave me several options of repair price ranges and was fast (in and out in under 2 hours). I am extremely satisfied with the service and repair quality I received.

Our technician clearly explained the issues with our garage door providing options clearly and fully. He repaired the door efficiently and then reset the code for our garage opener. He is a very amiable individual who did a very nice job. He also arrived in the 2 hour block of time as promised. Great service from a great young man!!

It was quick and easy to especially since it was Sunday morning when the spring broke. Had two cars stuck in the garage when it broke the repair person worked around that problem with no damage to either car. He was friendly and courteous while here and took about 2.5 to complete.
