My garage door would not open this morning so could not go out. I called Precision, theybwere able to get an engineer to me and sort out the problem in 3 hours. I am very pleased I bought the garage opener from them.

As usual, I had a world class experience with Precision Garage Door Service of Tampa. Late last night my door springs broke (we use our garage door MULTIPLE times a day) and the customer service agent was attentive, professional and efficient. Today, dust thing in the morning, the technician, Sean W., was at my house, and was equally as professional, friendly and efficient as the Customer Service agent I had spoken to last night. He evaluated the situation and within 30 minutes had replaced the broken parts and left the door operating even better than it did when we bought the house. No matter what, I will continue to go back to this company!

Excellent Service and Fast!! Our garage door springs broke on Christmas Eve and I called in the am on the next business day that they were open and they came same day and replaced our entire system with a state of the art opener, all rollers, parts, springs etc same day service.

Called for repair and Sean was out within a couple of hours. He explained everything provided a quote and made the repairs in approximately two hours. Not sure if the price was fair but everything is expensive now. Sean was professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Sean for the great job you did.

Our garage wouldn't shut all the way, so I called Precision to get an idea of what a repair would cost. The woman on the phone was extremely professional and polite and had someone at our house within a few hours of the call. Our tech, Sean, was able to walk my wife and I through the issues he saw and then was able to get us a reasonable quote. He did the work the same day and did an amazing job. Precision treated us well and did great work repairing our garage. I'd highly recommend them.

I had a lightning strike very close to my home and it destroyed my garage door motor on both of my garage doors. Precision sent out a wonderful technician, named Sean, and he let me know everything I would need for the repair. There was no high pressure selling and I was able to make any decisions for repairs. I was given a speedy appointment on the day that I called them. Unfortunately they weren’t able to fix my garage door because D&D installed the garage doors when the house was built and they are the only ones that can fix it because they have a patent on it that only they can fix! What a bummer! The Precision technician was very professional and very knowledgeable about my garage door issue. I really wanted to give Precision my business. If I ever change my garage doors, I will be hiring Precision to do the job for sure!

I just needed a garage check up to make sure springs were operating well. No problem with springs tech sprayed them, but he did notice garage door wasn't flush to floor which allowed debris and water to enter the garage. He was able to replace old strip with a new one. He told me to keep an eye on the part that didn't quite adhere to floor as of yet. Give it 2 weeks and if it still has a gap call Precision and the problem will be corrected. I was very satisfied with tech, he was very friendly, and answered my questions.
