We are so excited about our new garage door! The entire experience went very smoothly starting with the designer manager Michele Ferris. She explained to us very clearly the differences between three different options, and let us choose, what was most appropriate for us. The two installers Sherman Young and Robert West were very knowledgeable, it looked that they have a lot of experience doing their job , and they did it well. Very professional and polite. Sherman was the tech's name who just finished installing my new garage door. Arrived the exact minuet he said he would. Did the job in exactly the time he said it would take and did it with precision, skill and care. Door looks great, works great.
