Adam and Precision Door are top notch! He was truly professional in every way in the inspection and explanations of his diagnosis of our garage door. Our garage door opener was not allowing the door to go back down without holding the wall unit button all the way down. He showed us why and recommended a belt drive opener unit vs chain drive. He gave us 4 options (new rollers plus choice from 2 new garage door openers). Adam was patient while we were making our decision and honored our 20% coupon. After we chose our option, he was finished with the replacement of rollers and opener unit in less than an hour. Precision Doors is a company you want to use for your garage door service needs!

Great Experience! Jesus DiMasse was my installer. He came out and showed me what the issue was and explained everything. He was super friendly and a stand up guy. He showed me options and gave me advice. Installed everything in like an hour and showed me how to work the new unit. Seemed a little pricey but expert top of the line service. Jesus is the man.

Adam Miechle was the technician assigned to our job. We weren’t sure what our options were to fix the broken garage door opener. Adam walked us through each step and all options to correct the issues. He even went through costs for each. We decided to replace the entire garage door system leaving the existing door. Adam was quick, polite, and everything was clean and ready when completed. He walked through all the paperwork and process for each remote and how all the parts operated. I would definitely recommend this reputable company for gardening door replacement or maintenance.

My garage door broke. I called Precision Monday at 9 and they were at my home by noon. It was fixed in an hour. Problem was a lot bigger than thought due to my crappy builder (rhymes with Meritage) cutting corners as has been the case with all the repairs in the 5 years since we had it built. Adam was awesome, very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend Precision.
