Our garage door opener quit working after a lightning strike. We were able to reset by unplugging and replugging but the sensors apparently got zapped, which our service tech Adam Miechle diagnosed and replaced quickly. He then kindly synched our car button to opener. Something we could never accomplish. Precision is our go-to company and they never disappoint. Prompt response time, friendly and knowledgeable technicians at a reasonable charge. Very deserving of 5 stars.

We hired Precision off of their Google reviews and they did not let me down. Our tech, Adam, was very knowledgeable and educated us on his recommendations but also offered 3 packages that included our immediate fix but then offered suggestions that would keep the integrity of our garage door for awhile. Very pleased with this company, m gag opener stopped working, came out the next day and replaced the opener. When I had a warranty claim anew mons later Adam came out the next day and fixed it. Highly recommend this company

Adam was amazing. He assessed the garage doors and what I was hoping to have repaired or installed and took care of everything masterfully. I am confident my garage doors will perform much better and be more efficient. An added bonus from Adam was reprogramming my garage door openers to work from my car without needed to use the remote control device! I could only check one option for service performed so I chose the reason I called him but he also strengthened the lift mechanism to protect the double garage door and installed an electronic door opener for the single garage door.

My Garage Door broke on Sunday and Adam from Precision was out at noon on Monday and was very professional and fixed it better than it was before it broke. There were things that were loose that he found later and took care of it all! Also Adam offered a flex style payment that really helped out.

We were very pleased. The garage door was down so the technician had to come through the front door to get to the garage. He was very polite, took the time to put the shoe wrappers on, and didn't disturb us on his various trips to bring the tools he needed through the house and into the garage.
