I had an issue with a garage door opener and called Precision because I had worked with them before and was quite satisfied. Adam quickly troubleshot and corrected the issue with our garage door opener. I was sure it was shot and I would be buying a new opener. I’m very impressed that I wasn’t pushed into buying something that was not needed. They will be my first call for all future garage door issues. I highly recommend Precision.

We were very pleased. The garage door was down so the technician had to come through the front door to get to the garage. He was very polite, took the time to put the shoe wrappers on, and didn't disturb us on his various trips to bring the tools he needed through the house and into the garage. He was quick and efficient, showed up on time and I couldn't be happier. I wish I could remember his name. He did a fine job!

Our garage door spring broke late Saturday evening. We called precision as we see your commercials but also have friends who highly recommend. Our appt was scheduled Sunday. The technician assigned Adam M called as he was running early which was a blessing to us. He arrived and promptly assessed the situation. He was extremely polite and professional. Adam reviewed and explained all that was immediately required and any potential trouble areas. He replaced spring, bearings and rollers plus installed keyless remote at our request. We are so appreciative of his time and the quality of work. Precision is amazing to work with!
