The team at Precision were great! They communicated well when they were on their way and explained what was going on with the garage door clearly. Our garage doors and lifts were, at best, shaky, after Milton. When they started shrieking I called Precision, the original installer, for help. Bob and Austin came out right at the promised time and immediately diagnosed the problem(s) (corrosion, sensor disruption from the floodwater and just old age of the lifts, tracks, bearings). Went with a new lift on one side, new bearings, sensors, tracks, pulls, etc - basically everything but the doors themselves on both sides. They were here for a good eight hours. Very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I’m very, very pleased with their work and my (almost) new garage doors. Thanks Bob and Austin and thanks Precision.

I spent a couple of days researching garage door repair companies in my area and chose Precision Garage Door because of their great reviews and the services they offered. I called them this morning and was able to get an appointment this afternoon. Bob and Aiden arrived right on time and got right to work. The Team came right out to repair my broken garage door spring, they were on time and very thorough. Great group of service professionals. They were upfront and honest with the estimate and why certain things should be done now to prevent possible issues down the road. The garage door is now "whisper quiet" and more structurally secured compared to the original "lower the castle drawbridge". This was a full mechanism "overhaul" of the garage door itself. Springs, support shaft, bearings, cables, rollers and hinges that were not included in the original door installation over twenty years ago. They even showed us what needs to be done as a preventative maintenance measure to get another 20 years plus out of the garage door.

Upsale performed on original repair requested. Agreed upon evaluation, however my original upgraded springs were unnecessarily removed and replaced with standard springs. Was charged $360 EACH !!! Retailed online around $100. Overcharged on parts on all items!!!

5 Stars. I called Precision Door, because my garage door sounded like it was breaking apart every time it opened and closed. I was convinced it was broken, and some garage door salesman/tech was going to make me pay an arm and a leg for a new garage door. Bob and Spencer, my techs, arrived, and quickly reassured me my door was in good shape but just needed some servicing. I only spent $150, and my garage door now sounds like new, including an extra remote I needed. Service level was absolutely amazing, and I will never use anyone else for my garage door needs. Thank you.

our garage door wire broke off and needed to be replaced. We were just looking to get it fixed. Your team came out and gave us an estimate of almost $1100.00 dollars, I thought this was kind of high. Called masters they came out and could not understand why such a high estimate.They repaired it in 30 minutes and charged $196.00. I would never recommend your company to anyone. I believe you pray on people that do not know any better.

Precision Door Service installed new springs on our garage door. When we had a problem with the door being unbalanced, having to do with something on one side of the set of springs, they came out the same day I called to fix it. They didn't charge me and even took the time to reprogram a garage door opener that I hadn't been able to do and moved the weather stripping back from the door where it was rubbing. Full service, with a smile!
