I just experienced THE BEST service call with Precision’s Matt Hink. He called ahead to confirm & give me his ETA. During the call he asked a few questions about my door problem so that he could start his investigation efficiently. He had my problem diagnosed within 10 minutes of arrival. He had everything he needed to fix my door in his van. Then he gave me some pointers on maintenance to preserve my garage door life. All while observing COVID precautions. I will certainly call Precision fir any future garage door problems, and I’ll request Mr. Hink.

The spring on my garage door broke on a Thursday evening. I had to work on Friday, but I needed access to my garage for the weekend. I called Friday morning and they were able to come out on the same day. The technician, Matt, arrived right on time and was very nice. He replaced the spring quickly and efficiently. Since the spring was under warranty, I did not even have a service charge. Great service!!!

I purchased my new home in 1998. Garage door has had a few repairs in 22 years but this was major. Motor went bad and all parts had to be replaced except the door. Matt arrived clean, professional and wore a mask. After inspection he gave me options of what to do, we went with the belt option. So happy on my decision, you cannot even hear the door. he told us to not come in while he was working which was hard. Poor guy has to work in the hot garage with the door open. All is well.

Called Precsion Doors Clearwater @ 2.00pm due to coming in the garage after running errands and then hearing a loud bang after closing the garage door, and then it would not open. I looked up noticed the spring had broken, called customer service and was told we could have service between 6.00 and 10pm today, she then called back a half hour later and said they had a cancellation and we would have service between 2.30pm and 4:00pm. The Tech Matt Hink was out by 3:30pm fixed me right up and I had him do a few other things to have the garage door run more efficient and for safety reasons. Our garage door is now working better than ever. Both employees did an outstanding job of customer service and would recommend Precsion Overhead Doors to other people.

My technician, Matt was awesome!!! Service top notch and no bull. Precision installed my door several years ago and today, suddenly it doesn’t work. I received same day service with a knowledgeable and very professional representative. He had all of the parts on his truck and was ready to do the job needed, which included new springs, rollers, capacitor and motor for garage door opener. He explained everything to me and showed me where old parts were worn and ready to break. He also programmed the new remotes for me. Very pleased with the finished job. I have been with Precision for 3 years and everytime I call they are there same day or a time that suits my schedule. The last vist a week ago the tech arrived I explained what was happening, openned the door and he new right away the problem. I needed a support brace on the garage door. He installed it and was done in a half hour. I could not believe it. Everytime I call Precision the customer service is perfect. They definitely deserve a 5 plus rating. Also my daughter and friends are now using Precision!!
