3 year old unit stopped closing Arnold Simpson came quickly on time. He was polite, cordial and courteous. He fixed my door within an hour. Then he fixed my non Precision sea water damaged door. Good job over all, Second door was a bit more pricey. Hopefully they will both work normally for a long time now.

We called Precision and Arnold the repairman came out at 8:00 the next morning. We thought it was a simple problem but he explained to us that the problem was more detailed and so we ended up spending more money than we had expected but he did it in a very efficient manner, explained the new process to it, and gave us the relief of not worrying about our garage doors / openers for the near future.

Arnold is the best! He diagnosed and fixed one of my 10 ft doors last year. It was the rail & belt that was completely shot. Now the other one has the same issues and he came out and fixed it right away… I specifically asked for him and said I’d wait until he was available to come out.
