What a difference between Precision & the previous company I had used! I see why the reviews are so good. Prompt same day service. Arnold was so good at explaining everything & all my options. No hard sell, just good advice. He replaced the garage door opener, sensors, keypad, wall pad, etc. He said the springs & door were still ok. 4.5 Stars He came early, ready for work. Took time to assess the issuesand gave two estimates; the first to repair the door to make sure it worked and there were no safety issues. the second was for a full restoration to like new condition. Though both jobs were a high I decided on the first estimate. He went to work with little fanfare and with in a hour an half he completed the job. The door is easy to lift and stays on the tracks. I would recommend this company and this individual to everyone. Not cheap, not the most expensive but competent.

Hi! We thought we just needed a routine tune up, but we ended up needing very extensive work - actually, almost everything but the actual garage door! I couldn't even include the services on the list below, they were too many! We were very fortunate to have Arnold Simpson as our technician.
