One roller on each side had come off the track. Tech evaluated the situation. Either I could replace the tracks (twice as expensive) or add more brackets (less expensive) so that the tracks no longer flex. Also bend in the tracks to ensure rollers can't slip out. This fix is ok for the old garage door. It's still pricey with my military discount, but I trust Precision's work so it's worth it.

I recently had my garage door repaired by Arnold Simpson, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. Arnold was prompt, arriving exactly on time, and immediately set a high standard for professionalism. He was courteous and took the time to explain the entire repair process, my options, and the costs and benefits of each choice, ensuring I felt informed and confident about the decisions I was making. Not only did he communicate clearly, but he was also incredibly efficient—completing the repairs quickly without sacrificing quality. Arnold’s attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. I’m grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of garage door services. This was a five-star experience all around!

Fantastic service. Easy to schedule an appointment. Arnold Simpson called ahead to let me know when he was arriving (early with my approval), explained and showed everything that was wrong, gave me options on how to repair or replace, worked efficiently, and was pleasant to work with. This is the second time I have used their service in the past 10 yrs and will cont. to call upon Precision whenever needed.

This was an amazing service, Arnold Simpson, arrived promptly, and explained the different garage controllers in a way that I can understand exactly what I did and didn’t need. Always pleased with the Precision technicians and the work that they do. This is so good of a company that I have already referred this service to other people!

I am so impressed by the customer service experience and prompt appointments provided by Precision! I was home by myself with my 4 children in the evening and my garage would not close. I was frantic as I knew it was close to end of business hours and if I couldn’t get help closing it, it would be open all night! I called Precision and they were able to come out within the hour to help me close it and educate me on what happened so I can try to troubleshoot it myself the next time! Thank you from one happy, frantic mom customer!

The spring on our large garage door broke. We have a Precision sticker on the inside of a canine door in the laundry room left from previous service, so I called and got on the schedule. Arnold came at the anticipated time, was friendly and efficient, had the necessary spring in his truck, and fixed our door. He also made some keen observations about loose wheel trolley bolts and fixed all of that.
