I am so impressed by the customer service experience and prompt appointments provided by Precision! I was home by myself with my 4 children in the evening and my garage would not close. I was frantic as I knew it was close to end of business hours and if I couldn’t get help closing it, it would be open all night! I called Precision and they were able to come out within the hour to help me close it and educate me on what happened so I can try to troubleshoot it myself the next time! The spring on our large garage door broke. We have a Precision sticker on the inside of a canine door in the laundry room left from previous service, so I called and got on the schedule. Arnold came at the anticipated time, was friendly and efficient, had the necessary spring in his truck, and fixed our door. He also made some keen observations about loose wheel trolley bolts and fixed all of that.

SOOOO HAPPY ! ! ! Our service technician (Arnold) arrived ON TIME and was very knowledgeable and professional. Even though the broken spring was obvious, he inspected the door and advised of possible problems we were not aware of. No high pressure but since it had been 20 years since the door was last repaired there were issues that need to be addressed. Arnold did the agreed upon repairs, he even had all of the necessary parts on his truck, none of this I'll pick up the parts and be back tomorrow! Very happy with Arnold and Precision. Will definitely be my first call for any repair in the future.
